Our Story
We're Players First
Centerline Guitars started because we got tired of the same cookie cutter, one size fits all, mass produced instruments. If your interested in unique, customised, personalized guitars that fit you, your playing style, and your music you've come to the right place. We build unique instruments for human expression.
How We Got Here
Centerline Guitars grew out of a simple frustration: too many mass produced guitars that are the same as everyone else. We've seen it year after year churning out the same old stuff. We believe in unique guitars that are made to your needs, customised to your ear and playing. We know there was a better way because we do it eveyday.
We opened in Redmond, Oregon because this is where we live — and because Central Oregon if full of interesting musicians with new ideas and inovation who need and deserve alternatives to a fatory built guitar. We're a shop for people who've spent decades playing and obsessing over electric guitars and basses.
Every instrument that we sell is right for you and ready for playing prior to release. We do it all: action measured, intonation set, electronics checked, frets leveled if needed. We educate you about your new guitar, how to take care of it and give you a spec sheet so you know exactly what you're getting.
What We Stand For
Honest Evaluation
We play every instrument before we put it in your hands. If something isn't right, we fix it. If you don't like something we fix it. No exceptions.
Full Transparency
Complete spec sheets on every instrument. Body and neck wood, pickups, hardware, technology, finish — everything you need to make an informed decision.
No Pressure
We're here to help you get the right guitar, not to hit a sales number. Take your time. Ask hard questions. We'd rather lose a sale than put the wrong instrument in your hands.
Rooted in Redmond
We're a local shop, not a franchise. When you buy from us, you're supporting a business that's part of this community — and you can always come back and talk to the same people.
